Business Lunch + Sangria on the House at the Adelina Chef Restaurant
Friends of Western Galilee Now are invited to order from the rich business menu of the Adelina Chef restaurant in Kibbutz Cabri during the afternoon and receive a glass of pampering sangria on the house!
Adelina, a Mediterranean chef’s restaurant with Spanish influences, is located in a stone building that once served as the cultural center of the kibbutz and overlooks the landscapes of the Western Galilee.
The restaurant has a luxurious rustic design and an impressive interior space, stone columns, wooden beams, a balcony decorated with vines, olive trees, a rich spice garden, and in the center of the restaurant sits a tabon oven.
Today, the restaurant is led by Chef Rushdi Dakvar and his skilled team, and they serve a menu that combines the flavors and ingredients of the Galilee with Spanish-Catalan cuisine. The large tabon in the center of the restaurant produces meats, fish, seafood, and bread alongside a rich Galician wine menu.
