Spring has arrived – and it’s time to embark on a journey full of flavors, scents, encounters, and surprises.
Rima Khoury invites you to a magical tour of the pastoral Christian village of Fassuta, which will open with two particularly delicious stops: Amal’s Pastry House and Aviva’s Restaurant, with a variety of traditional handmade dishes.
From there, we will continue to Rima’s House for tea and cookies from the local cuisine, visit a homemade coffee station with local roasting, and smell the irresistible aroma.
Finish the day with hot tastings from the local tabun – traditional dishes with a taste of the past, prepared especially for us.
On the Way:
We will meet local creators, enter courtyards full of inspiration, and enjoy a series of surprises in a springtime and exciting atmosphere.
Rima House – Rima Khoury, considered the “Peter Pan” of Fassuta, is full of inspiration, joy of life, and boundless giving. The granddaughter of Eid Habib Khoury. After her grandfather passed away in 1983, his house, which during the establishment of the state was the royal house of Fassuta, was closed, and Rima decided to bring life back to the house through significant social and artistic activities. Rima House is today a cultural, tourism, and art gallery center. The house is a journey through time to discover the culture and tradition of the Galilean and rural Christian community in the Land of Israel.
