The Shirat Roim Dairy and Lotem Winery invite you to a unique culinary experience in Kibbutz Lotem in front of a magnificent Galilean view overlooking the Sea of Galilee. We will start the evening with a guided visit to the Shirat Roim dairy — the House of Cheese, a boutique dairy that produces quality cheeses from sheep’s milk. The cheesemaker Michal Mor Melamed will reveal the secrets of the dairy’s traditional production and invite the guests to a tasting that combines unique cheeses with the organic wines of the Lotem Winery. This joint tasting gives rise to new flavors you may not have known. This is an opportunity to feel whether the combination brings the synergy!

Five cheeses of different textures and five types of organic wine will be served at the tasting.

After the tasting, there will be a tour of the Lotem Winery, where an explanation of the organic work in wine, the role of the winemaker in this approach, and an overview of the winery’s vineyards will be given.
