In the heart of Clil, among the ancient olive trees, a burning tabun, and good people, we will meet for a Mediterranean event that brings together two cuisines and two loves.
The Achu Cafe and Adush invite you to a morning full of flavors, shared creation, and a meeting between cultures, dough, and stories.
We will start with a reception of steaming coffee from Achu and sweets from Adush.
Greek music in the background and a glass of handmade drinks in hand.
Then we will forage together from the garden, prepare a hot and cold Mediterranean salad, delve into the heart of the dough, and prepare its famous khachapuri – with a filling that will come from the garden and with a unique filling from Adush’s kitchen.
We will assemble savory pastries, dip, mix, and bake in a tabun.
And finally, we will sit down for a shared meal that will include everything we prepared – the pastries, salads, dips, and a toast to life that will properly seal the experience.
Taste, smell, heart, and an abundance of connections – between lentils and beans, between us and you.
