The Ofir Farm opens its doors for the annual spring festival and a wonderful opportunity to taste the winery’s wines, in particular the aging wines that will be available for tasting and sale only at the event.
The woman and legend — Shula From Shtula, will fill our bellies with her delicious home cooking or as she says, “Come taste, smell, hear and experience Shula in one plate”.
Shula Giladi cooks Kurdish food with the taste of heaven and loves to tell fascinating stories from her childhood. During normal times, she hosts at her home in Shtula, but she is currently displaced from her home, alongside thousands of others.
On the menu are Shula’s rich and legendary beetroot kubbeh, mouthwatering meatballs, and amazing vegetarian stuffing.
Joyful music will be playing in the background and the coffee cart will also be open with Michal’s pastries, sandwiches, farm cheeses, and more.
In the farm’s visitor center, you will find tastings of the various types of honey and a beautiful art exhibition on the gallery floor. A pastoral atmosphere in the farm’s eucalyptus grove — in front of the growing green vineyard is the perfect place to take a moment of respite, breathe, and reconnect.
