In the heart of the Western Galilee, in a unique stone house in the wild, a one-time workshop awaits you that will awaken all the senses – a sweet, healthy, and inspiring experience in the authentic and pastoral space of the Shahar Estate in Clil.
What awaits you?
- A welcome with Galilean tea, a cocoa shot, and superfoods, accompanied by homemade appetizers (crackers, maamoulim, and more) in front of the magical view seen through the arches of the house
- A culinary-cultural journey where you will prepare yourself a variety of types of chocolate using different techniques – from Costa Rican-style raw chocolate to pralines inspired by Druze cuisine
- Learning about the benefits of cocoa, its story, and its connection to healing, pleasure,e and connection between cultures
- Guided tastings, personal conversation, and stories from the heart – hosted by Hagit Lidror and Nohad Bisan, two Galilean creators who connect the worlds of healing, culinary, and love for chocolate
- A sweet ending with a personal chocolate box, made by you, wrapped in an emotional memory from the Galilee

Hagit Lidror and Nohad Bisan are culinary creators from the Galilee who bring a unique connection between chocolate, health, and creativity to the workshop. Hagit comes from the worlds of healing and vegan nutrition, and Nohad is a Galilean chocolatier who connects local traditions with surprising innovation. Together, they will lead participants to a multi-sensory, sweet, and exciting experience, which has depth, flavor, and a story, and will share sweet secrets from the heart.
The workshop is suitable for adults and children from the age of 5, accompanied by a parent.
