Learning to Talk Wine: An Afternoon of Guided Tastings at Pelech Winery

You are invited to a professional workshop for wine tasting and an introduction to the world of wine at Pelech Winery, with Itai, the winery’s winemaker.

In the workshop, we will taste five of the winery’s wines – Mediterranean wines with natural fermentation, accompanied by Galilean cheeses and local bread.

We will learn how to taste wine more professionally – why do you rotate the glass, how to introduce air, and why it is worth using a decanter, while developing a common language for wine analysis and open discussion.

The workshop will combine professional discussion, an introduction to the world of wine, and is suitable for anyone who wants to broaden their horizons and enrich their knowledge – beginners and experienced winemakers alike.
