Wefqi Salamna is a certified guide, an expert in Bedouin history, culture, and heritage, and the owner of the Bedouin hospitality complex the Galilean Madafa in the village of Kaabiyah.
Wefqi invites you and the whole family to a tour of the wild nature at the confluence of the Rimonim and Tzippori streams. We will pick strawberries, learn about wild plants, get acquainted, walk on a nice promenade, and those who want can at the end of the day dip their feet in the spring.
Along the route, we will discover the secrets of the lives of our ancestors and stumble upon their remains.
At the end of the tour, a delicious meal will await us at the Galilean Madafa hospitality complex in the nearby Bedouin village of Kaabiyah, a festive coffee ceremony with a coffee workshop and Bedouin clothing.
What’s the schedule?
9:30 am – 10 am We start the day with quality coffee. You are welcome to bring breakfast.
10 am – 10:30 am Introduction and explanation of the area
10:30 am – 12:30 pm “Katuptot”
12:30 pm – 2 pm Vegetarian lunch and coffee ceremony at the Galilean Madafa
What’s On the menu?
Four vegetarian dishes, two salads, hummus, olives, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, sweet dessert, and fruit.
